Tour with Life on Repeat 7/8-7/19

Hey everyone!!

I’m fresh off my first shower since being on tour and I feel great!  Last nights show in Dover, D.E. was AMAZING.  Tons of kids came out and we met some really cool people and made some new friends.  After passing out 5000 hugs to everyone, us and Life On Repeat decided to get some food and head out to Reading, PA.  We get to the first stoplight and light turns green…our van CUTS OFF!!   We sit there just laughing and freaking out because none of us know anything about vans.  So Jon and Dustin after 5 minutes of us sitting in the van, decide to get out to look at it.  Jon hits the engine and presto our van fires right up.  So off to Reading PA.  After $13.00 in toll charges and 4 hours of what should have been a 2 hour drive we get to Matt’s house and crash.  Now we are all heading out to the mall and hang before the show tonight.  If your in Reading or close by come out to The Silo at 6!!

Sitting at Jessica from Tres Cute Accessories’ house right now (check her site out at myspace.com/trescute_shop). Packing up and about to head off to Dover, DE. Thought you’d like to know how first day of tour went!

We left NC at 10; what was supposed to be a 6 hr drive turned into a 9 hr one thanks to the abundant DC traffic! hah But we finally made it to the Ottobar in Baltimore at 7. (by the way, if you get a chance to go to a show there, do it! They’ve hosted tons of great shows there for some super good bands.) Met all the guys from Life on Repeat, really cool guys. Also met Jessica from Tres Cute, who’s been an awesome host. She opened her home up to us, gave us a place to stay and shower, hooked us up with some sweet necklaces, even drove us out for a 1 am food run :) So Jessica, thanks so much for officially being the coolest person ever!

The show was fun, the people were fun. And now we’re heading off to Dover! See you there!
